The Cote d'Or chocolate company has been producing chocolate bars and other confections in Brussels since 1883. The trademark elephant, palm tree and pyramids you see on the 150 gram style bars, signify the African continent where Belgium had several colonies.
They felt the "Gold Coast" was an appropriate name once they started making their delicious chocolates. Cote d'Or is a favorite for all of Europe and now the United States.
100 Gram Bars
These bars are known as the Sensation line from Cote d'or. Each one is 100 grams/3.5 oz.
Two 75 gram bars - individually wrapped, in the famous "soap bar" package. This is one of the original items from Cote d'Or in the 1880's.
