“Hazelina” is a hazelnut chocolate spread which is manufactured in Germany. It has a high amount of hazelnuts so has a strong hazelnut flavor. It is great on it’s on, but also makes a good component in many pastry items. Add it to whipped cream for a light hazelnut chocolate chantilly cream, (a lazy man’s mousse – it’s delicious!) It is also bakestable – where it can be baked in turnovers or other pastry and will maintain its flavor and consistency.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil), hazelnuts, cocoa, skim milk, whey, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla, salt. non-GMO ingredients.
