Feves - Older Posts

The French word for bean, Valrhona uses the term “feves” to refer to bean-shaped wafers of chocolate. Most chocolate manufacturers make their bulk chocolates in block form but also in wafer form and each has a different term for these wafers. These smaller pieces of chocolate are typically easier to use by professional chefs and chocolatiers as they are easier to weigh & melt and require NO chopping!!
