This mix is all natural and non-GMO. It is a surprisingly delicious mix and easy to make!
Just bring equal parts half & half and heavy cream to a boil; add the mix and blend over heat and boil for one minute. (Do not let mixture boil over) Add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste (item PS00057) for a touch of vanilla flavor and vanilla bean specs. Pour into ramekins (or other prefered dish) Let set in the refreigerator for at least 2 hours and serve! Mix is less than 11 cents a serving!
We made ours for our Holiday dinner and the kids helped do the “burning”!
Just use table sugar – about 2 teaspoons per serving – shake over the top of the set crème brulee (shake ramekin side to side gently to distribute evenly) and then burn with a small torch . These are available in may kitchen supply stores.
OR just serve with some fresh fruit in place of the burnt sugar topping!
