Since 1922, Valrhona Chocolate Company has been producing exquisite chocolate couvertures for pastry chefs and chocolatiers. They are known for their dark chocolates which use rare cocoa beans. The dark chocolates range from 55% to 85%  and represent the growing regions in Venezuela, Madagascar, Ecuador and other origins of the flavor cocoa beans!
