Meso Cacao is a new artisan chocolate  which features origins in Central America. This company has made solid and long-term connections with small cocoa farmers in Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua.

“Meso-America” is the first known cacao growing region in the 1200 and 1300’s. . All of these chocolates contain no soy lecithin OR vanilla in their formulas…just cocoa beans and cane sugar and they have fabulous complex flavors.
They also practice fair trade policies and pay their farmers up to 150% more than the local markets.
