This extraordinary “chocolate” is made from cocoa beans which have a red tint to them with minimal and proprietary processing. The flavor is slightly sour and has a hint of red berries.
Of course – it’s the color which makes this unusual product really stand out!
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, noon-fat milk powder, whole milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla.
PLEASE NOTE, THE RED COLOR CAN FADE UNDER LIGHT AND IF NOT STORED PROPERLY – IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINERS/PACKAGING.
Not for use in baking as color will be dulled by other ingredients. Can be used in ganache and can be tempered. There is no guarantee of color retention so we recommend testing your application first!
