8 oz 100%/unsweetened chocolate (for brownies or frosting or Chocolate Chess Pie!)
8 oz REAL Chocolate Sprinkles – imported from Belgium – for decorating cakes, cupcakes or use over ice cream
6 oz Valrhona extra bitter 70& dark chocolate (great for ganache and molten chocolate cake!)
6 oz grand cru single origin dark chocolate couverture (good for all pastry/baking applications and eating!) Various regions including Dominican Republic, Peru, Madagascar and Ecuador.
