Callebaut 25.9% White Chocolate #CW2 Block

Description

This is an all-purpose white chocolate although with a “2-drop” rating from Callebaut, it is not optimum for molds and couverture work. For a thinner white chocolate try Callebaut W2.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla.
