Valrhona “Celaya” Ready-to-heat Drinking Chocolate 1 liter

Named after a town in Mexico – where drinking chocolate was first born – this luxurious chocolate drink is thick and extremely smooth and creamy. CELAYA has 3 times as much actual chocolate in it than many other hot chocolate drinks. In fact, you can dilute it with up to 50% milk! Also maybe add a shot of your favorite liqueur. Typical servings are 2 – 3 ounces.

semi-skimmed milk, water, dark chocolate 50% min cocoa (coco beans, sugar, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla) cocoa powder, carrageenan.

Recommended use:
Shake well before opening, Heat in the microwave, on the stove top or by steam pressure. Stir occasionally during heating. Store at room temperature. After opening store in the refrigerator and use within a week.
